The Society for Armenian Studies invites applicants to apply for the Spring 2023 SAS Graduate Research and Conference Grants for M.A. and Ph.D. students. The deadline is Sunday, April 30, 2023. Grants of up to $1,000.00 per applicant will be awarded. Applicants must be current members of the Society for Armenian Studies. The grants will be on competitive basis.

Additionally, The Society for Armenian Studies is pleased to announce the establishment of “The Nina G. Garsoïan Research Grant for Ancient and Early Mediaeval Studies.” A $1000 grant will be awarded on an annual basis to researchers in the field of Ancient and early Medieval Armenian Studies. The grant will constitute part of the Society for Armenian Studies Research and Conference Grant awarded on an annual basis.

Funding will also be available for research-related materials that might be purchased from archives and libraries, as well as other research-related expenses.
